Microsoft will be launching Surface Pro 4 in Japan on November 12 2015. Prices start at 124,800 yen for the starter model with Intel Core M3 processor, 4GB RAM, 12.3 inch display with 2736 x 1824 pixel resolution, 128GB flash storage.
Shell out 139800 yen and you get Core i5 6300U, 4GB RAM and 128GB flash storage. If you spend 179800 Japanese yen, you will get Core i5 6300U, 8GB RAM and 256GB flash storage.
Core i7 models are also being offered that give you Intel Iris graphics, 256GB flash storage, 8GB RAM – these will cost you 214800 yen.
Get one with 16GB RAM, 256GB flash SSD configuration and it will set you back 239,800 Yen. There is a 16GB + 512GB flash storage version as well and it will cost you 289,800 yen.
Battery life is about 9 hours on single charge. Body size is about 292.1 × 201.4 × 8.4mm (width × depth × height). Interface selection includes USB 3.0, microSD card slot, Mini Display Port, IEEE 802.11a / b / g / n / ac-enabled wireless LAN, Bluetooth 4.0 + LE, 5 MP front / 8 MP rear camera, voice input and output.
