MSI has unleashed a new notebook, CR430 in the market that sports the recently released AMD E450 APU. This notebook is expected to have a very affordable price tag to lure the people away from netbooks and rather own their 14 inch notebook. It comes standard with DVD super drive, 3x USB (1x 3.0, 2x 2.0), HDMI, VGA, LAN and a hard disk with up to 640GB space.

The battery is 6-cell but has only 4400mAh capacity, so do not expect it to break any battery life records. That said, MSI will still be including their underclocking software, ECO engine to prolong those runtimes.  The processor, however is the main feature we are interested in. The AMD E450 APU is a dual core processor, just like E350 (being used in Vaio YB) and runs at 1.65GHz clock speed. Just like E350 which features ATi Radeon HD 6310, the E450 comes with ATi Radeon HD 6320 GPU. Unlike E350, this processor has turbo core, i.e, the ability to run at increased clock speeds.

Other information we have about CR430 includes its weight and dimensions. It weighs in at 2.2 kilograms and measures 344.4x221x28mm. There is no information regarding its price, but we promise to keep you updated.
