OCZ has released Trion 100 in Japan in four storage capacities, 120GB, 240GB, 480GB and 960GB. The sequential read speed is 550 MB/s but write speed differ for all capacities. 120GB variant has 450MB / sec write speed, 240GB has 520MB / sec while 480GB and 960GB versions have 530MB / sec sequential write speed.
OCZ Trion 100 is 7mm thick and accepts 2.5 inch HDD bays that operates over 6 Gbps speeds. You can use company’s app, SSD Guru to check the firmware and see if TRIM is working or not. Body size is 100 × 69.85 × 7mm (width × depth × height) and weighs 48 grams. Power consumption when idle / active is 0.83 / 4.8W.
OCZ will provide three year warranty for all versions. Price for 120GB, 240GB, 480GB and 960GB is 6980, 11095, 22080 and 41480 Japanese yen respectively.
